The diagnostic visit is $49 and covers the time needed to evaluate the system and identify the problem. When you approve the repair, that fee is credited toward the repair price.
We will repair the system whenever it is a reasonable option. When the equipment is older, unreliable, or facing a costly repair, we will also explain replacement options so you can compare both paths.
