After you contact Ray's, Trae will review your request and help schedule the right visit - whether you need maintenance, a diagnostic appointment, or an estimate for new equipment.
Some services can be booked directly online, while others require Trae to follow up and confirm the correct appointment type.
Replacement estimates are free. During a replacement estimate, we look at the existing equipment, discuss any comfort concerns, and learn what matters most to you. We then prepare recommended options with complete installed pricing.
Standard booking prices are $49 for a diagnostic visit and $105 for an AC Clean and Check or Furnace Clean and Check.
Whether you book online, text, email, or call, your request reaches the same local office team. Trae will review the information and follow up when confirmation or additional details are needed.
