Nick and Dan grew up around Ray's and now help carry the family business forward. They remain involved in the daily work of the company, making sure Ray's continues to provide the same personal service and quality workmanship it has been known for over the past 80 years.

Ray's has served generations of local families for 80 years. Nick and Dan grew up in this community, graduated from local schools, and now help carry that legacy forward by serving the same community they have always called home.

Ray's has grown and changed with the HVAC industry, but we have never wanted to lose the personal service that built our reputation. Customers should still feel that they are working with neighbors who care about their comfort and the quality of the job.

Nick grew up around Ray's and began working for the company in 2011. Today, he focuses on helping homeowners understand their replacement options while also overseeing sales, operations, and marketing for the family business.

Dan has spent much of his career working directly on heating and cooling systems. He now helps manage Ray's service department while continuing to diagnose equipment, complete repairs, and support the rest of the service team.

Trae manages the office, answers customer questions, and coordinates appointments. John handles much of our maintenance work and many common service calls. Isaac leads our installation team and takes great pride in completing clean, careful, high-quality work. Emmanuel works alongside him as our installation apprentice and is quickly developing the skills and standards expected at Ray's.
